Post-pandemic Hospital & Institutional Design: New Modern Medical College & 250 Bed Hospital, Khulna

The hospital, one of the riskiest areas of viral transmission and a backbone for pandemic curing needs to be redefined with new spatial principles. On the other hand, redesigning institutional programs and syntax will help us to better understand the relationship between public and private space according to proper health design requirements. According to WHO, environmental aspects are one of the vital reasons for the increasing percentage of curability of patients.

Housing: Bringing Back the Culture and Resolving Issues

The primary goal of this project was to create, on an ideal site, a housing complex for three economic groups in Bangladesh with all amenities on the same property. The number of facilities will depend on the flat where there is equity. Economy class here refers to a residential neighborhood. The cost of the flats will depend on the neighborhood. The question of how to unite all classes of flat owners under a single community idea remains prioritized even after this class divide.

Vertical Development: Design of a High-Rise Building

From Bangladesh's standpoint, vertical development is practically a novel idea. Mid-rise structures, also called high-rises in Bangladeshi culture, are designed in Bangladesh, particularly in the nation's capital, Dhaka, to accommodate business districts and corporate headquarters in city centers and in the construction of high-density buildings. In this project, I've been asked to create a commercial high-rise in the city of Dhaka.
